2. Guideline Panel Simulation Module
   Date: September 15 (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
3. Course 2 – Certified Guideline Methodologist
   Dates: September 14 (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM) and September 15 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
4. Course 3 – Certified Lead Guideline Developer and Chair
   Dates: September 14 (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM) and September 15 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Each of Course 1 and Guideline Panel Simulation can be offered either on their own or together, depending on attendee preference.

Please Note:

2. An In-Person Training and Networking Fee applies to all courses and is included in the registration cost.
3. Each course is a prerequisite for the next. For example, to attend Course 2, you must have completed Course 1 prior to the conference. To attend Course 3, you must have completed Courses 1 and 2.

Note 2: Invoice Policy

Per McMaster University’s financial policy, we are unable to generate “mock” invoices (i.e., copies for reimbursement after checkout). However, a letter of confirmation can be provided upon request to assist with reimbursement or documentation. Please email inguide@mcmaster.ca to request one.
